“ Nestled in a small corner of a plaza in East Aurora New York is Touka Sushi. As you walk in you're greeted by the cheery sight of their aquarium which hosts several happy, curious and vibrant fish. I order the Beginner's Combo and have had it with the salad and at other times, the onion soup. To me the onion soup is my favourite choice. It's flavourful and simple tasting in the best way. It's lovely and oniony but also has a light mushroom flavour as well. Everything is freshly made to order and is of such great quality. The rich is never cold and is always very tasty and tender. The fish is so fresh. I am so glad that I know about this place and always look forward to having their sushi. ”

At first glance, the place might seem a little cluttered, with a small, jam-packed fish tank that gave me pause when I went in. But once I took my order to-go, I was in for a delightful surprise. I got the sushi and sashimi platter, and wow—this place knows its sushi! The portions are generous, the flavors are fresh and vibrant, and every bite felt like a treat. For my fellow gluten-free folks, rejoice—Touka even has gluten-free tamari! Finding a place that caters to Celiac-friendly options with such great quality is a rare win. Honestly, this sushi easily beats anything I’ve had in the city and is miles ahead of grocery store offerings. One little note for the owner: thank you for being our beloved sushi spot here in the southtowns! But I’d love to see those beautiful fish with a bit more room to swim. It was a small heartbreak seeing them in such a tiny tank, and it’s the one thing that almost kept me from discovering this fantastic spot. ”
“ The food is amazing! Everything tastes fresh, and is cooked perfectly! I started loving sushi because of this place! I love the Gyoza, and the sauces they use are so yummy! Lots of choices, and you can create your own Poke bowl. My fiance and I really love this place. It's a take-out only place. There's no room to eat inside. In the picture is a peach flavored carbonated drink we tried. It was also really good! Lightly flavored, and very refreshing. ”

“ My first time eating here, but my family and I enjoyed the experience. The Shrimp Bento box was really tasty and had a little of everything in it My son loved the Katsu chicken. The Poke bowls were pretty good . Great tasting rice: just the right texture. It's really a take out place, but they have some picnic tables out front and will take your food out there to you. ”
“ I love coming here for some sushi, especially while I’m out and about. I always get a cook amount of sushi while I’m there and never end up with left overs! Everything is made after you order it and usually ready to pick up within 10-20 minutes depending on the amount you order. Dining in is also good, but I personally prefer takeout just because of the establishment being a little smaller than others! Overall, great service, excellent and fresh sushi, and amazing/cheap prices! ”
